Is the project completely free?
There is no agency fee for the research, strategy, design and development. Each selected business pays a one-time $200 contribution toward external hosting, domain setup and image-production costs.
Do I pay anything to apply?
No. Applying has no cost and the $200 fee is not a deposit to participate.
Why is there a $200 fee?
It covers real external costs for hosting and the tools needed to produce website images. It is paid only by the two businesses selected for a website, before work begins.
What is included in the $4,000 value?
The value covers the complete market study, competitor and keyword research, buyer personas, pain points, objections and responses, value propositions, design and structure of a new website, image creation, production launch, and initial Google Analytics and Tag Manager configuration.
How large can the website be?
The project includes a maximum of 15 total pages, including the Home page. Pioresso determines the final architecture from the research and approved scope.
What is not included?
Work on an existing website, ongoing maintenance, more than one revision round, videos, avatars, automations, paid advertising, ecommerce, custom software and recurring content are not included.
How will businesses be selected?
Pioresso will use the published criteria: growth potential, need, offer clarity, service capacity, commitment and case-study potential. This is not a random drawing.
Can I apply if I already have a website?
Yes, but the selected project must be a completely new website. Pioresso will not repair, redesign, migrate or work on an existing website under this promotion.
How long will the project take?
Estimated production time is two to three months from the formal start, provided the selected business supplies its information, materials, access and approvals on time.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated revision round is included. Later changes, additional rounds, maintenance and updates are quoted separately at Pioresso's current rates.
How long is the campaign open?
Applications remain open for up to 30 days from publication or until Pioresso selects the two businesses, whichever happens first.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is reviewed against the published criteria. Shortlisted businesses are contacted for a brief interview before the final selection.
Can businesses outside Florida or DFW apply?
No. One project is reserved for a Florida business and the other for a business serving Dallas-Fort Worth.
