Pioresso Small Business Growth Project
Clear eligibility, scope, selection and data-use terms for the 2026 project.
These rules govern applications to the Pioresso Small Business Growth Project. The project is a private, merit-based business selection, not a sweepstakes, lottery, contest or random prize drawing. Pioresso alone decides which projects best fit its professional and commercial criteria.
1. Organizer and contact
Pioresso Marketing administers the project. Campaign questions and privacy requests may be sent to myfreeweb@pioresso.com.
2. Who may apply
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent an active small business or independent professional practice. One project is limited to a Florida business. The other is limited to a business serving the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
The promotion applies only to a completely new website. A business may apply while it has an existing website, but Pioresso will not repair, redesign, migrate or work on that website under this promotion.
3. The two selections
- One Florida business: a complete SEO-focused website project valued at $4,000.
- One Dallas-Fort Worth business: a complete SEO-focused website project valued at $4,000.
Applying is free. Each selected business pays a one-time $200 contribution toward external hosting, domain-setup and image-production costs before work begins. That payment is due only after selection and written acceptance of the scope.
The $4,000 figure is the estimated commercial value of the complete services provided to each selected business. It is not cash, cannot be redeemed, transferred or exchanged, and does not give the applicant a right to substitute services.
4. Included scope
Each project includes business diagnosis; complete market and competitor research; keyword and search-intent research; buyer personas; customer pain points; objections and recommended responses; value propositions; SEO architecture; design and development of a completely new responsive website; initial on-page and technical SEO; image production; launch; and initial setup of a Google account, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
The website is limited to a maximum of 15 total pages, including the Home page. Pioresso determines the final architecture from the research, business needs and approved scope. Each page may contain one to three purpose-built images according to Pioresso's creative, technical and SEO judgment; no fixed number of images is guaranteed.
The project does not include work on an existing website, migration, ongoing maintenance, more than one revision round, video production, AI avatars, automations, paid advertising, ecommerce, custom software, professional translation, premium third-party licenses or continuous content production unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Application period
The campaign remains available for no more than 30 days from its publication date or until Pioresso selects both businesses, whichever occurs first. Pioresso may close, pause, extend, modify or cancel the action for operational, technical, legal or commercial reasons.
Once the selection is complete, Pioresso may announce on the website that both businesses have been selected. Because this is a private selection and not a random drawing, Pioresso has no obligation to publish applications, scoring, deliberations, rejection reasons, evidence of a drawing or confidential details. A selected business will be identified publicly only with appropriate authorization.
6. Selection criteria
- Growth potential: 25%
- Need for digital transformation: 20%
- Clarity of product or service: 15%
- Capacity to serve new customers: 15%
- Commitment and availability: 15%
- Potential as a measurable case study: 10%
Pioresso may verify application information and invite shortlisted applicants to a brief interview. The percentages guide internal evaluation but do not create an automatic contractual right. Final selection remains subject to professional judgment, lawful scope, operational feasibility, truthful information and strategic fit. Pioresso is not required to publish scores, comparisons, deliberations or reasons for rejection.
7. Applicant responsibilities
Selected businesses must provide accurate information, legal text, logos, brand materials, timely content and approvals, access reasonably needed for the work and one authorized decision-maker. They confirm that they own or may lawfully use all material they supply.
Material misrepresentation, unlawful activity, failure to pay the disclosed $200 contribution, repeated non-response or delays in supplying required information may pause the schedule or result in cancellation of the selection. If a selected business withdraws or is removed, Pioresso may select another applicant but is not required to do so.
8. Timeline and revisions
Estimated production time is two to three months from the formal project start. The start occurs after written acceptance, payment of the $200 contribution and receipt of the information, materials and access reasonably required by Pioresso.
The estimate assumes prompt cooperation. Delays by the selected business, scope changes, missing content, third-party incidents or circumstances outside Pioresso's reasonable control may extend the schedule.
One consolidated revision round is included. The selected business must deliver that revision request through its authorized decision-maker within the review period specified by Pioresso. Additional rounds, new scope or requests made after approval are quoted separately.
9. Hosting, domain, delivery and later work
The new website will be produced for the Hostinger environment. The project includes hosting and initial domain setup for 12 months, subject to domain availability and the agreed scope. After that period, the selected business is responsible for renewal charges for its domain, hosting and any required third-party service.
Once the website is delivered and approved, maintenance, security updates, content changes, design changes, repairs, new pages and any other intervention are not included. Later work is quoted at Pioresso's rates in effect at that time.
The selected business is responsible for reviewing its legal notices, professional claims, prices, policies and regulatory obligations before publication. Pioresso does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice through this project.
10. SEO, measurement and results
Pioresso applies professional SEO research, technical, content and search-intent practices. SEO is not an exact science, and Pioresso does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or a specific date for results.
Performance also depends on competition, search-engine changes, domain history and the selected business's later actions, including social media, reputation, link acquisition, blog activity, content updates and promotion through other channels.
11. Data and promotional communications
Application data is used to evaluate the application, contact the applicant, administer the project and, with the applicant's express authorization, send information and promotions about Pioresso SEO, websites, artificial-intelligence content and video, and automation services.
Pioresso does not sell or rent application data. Consent may be withdrawn and deletion may be requested by emailing myfreeweb@pioresso.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. See the privacy policy.
12. No entitlement, guarantee or employment relationship
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, a contract or any service. Nothing in this campaign creates employment, partnership, agency, exclusivity or a joint venture between Pioresso and an applicant or selected business.
Pioresso may require a written project acceptance before work begins. If any published summary conflicts with these rules, these rules and the written accepted scope control.
